A drink tracker for iPhone
It learns when you drink, and messages you first.
Tell it which nights are hard and log a drink in two taps. Clearhead works out your pattern, then sends a message just before your next risky hour — the way a friend who was paying attention would.
One email, when the app ships. Nothing else, ever.
It works out your pattern, then gets there first.
-
Tell it what you already know
Which days are hard, roughly when. That’s enough to be useful from the first evening — no waiting to collect data.
-
Log a drink in two taps
What it was, and when. Every entry sharpens the picture of your week, and nothing about it is a test you can fail.
-
Hear from it before the moment
After a few weeks it trusts what it has seen over what you guessed. The message arrives ahead of the window, not during it.
Your drinking stays on your phone.
Every drink you log, every pattern the app works out, and every reason behind a nudge lives in a database on your device. There is no account to make and no email required to use the app.
When Clearhead sends you a message from our server, the only thing the server has ever been given is the words of that message and the minute to send it. It has never seen a drink, a count, or a streak — the arithmetic that decided to send it ran on your phone.
The app locks with Face ID, and the notifications are written so that a glance at your lock screen tells someone standing next to you nothing at all. Turn it off and ask to be forgotten, and the row is deleted — not flagged.
